Standard Conditions
for Rental Home
A deposit of $150.00 per week is required to confirm a reservation.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Our cancellation policy is that the $150.00 per week reservation deposit
is non-refundable. The remaining rental fee is refundable until 1 month
prior to check in. Your $250.00 security deposit would be refunded immediately
if you needed to cancel.
In the event that you need to cancel and we can obtain a replacement
rental for the nights you have reserved, your entire rental fee would be
refunded.
Your deposit and/or balance can be paid with Paypal, a check or money
order.
Standard Terms for Rental Home
1. The rental period starts at 4PM on day of arrival and ends at 11AM
on day of departure.
2. The maximum occupany of the house is 10 people. Only those named
will occupy the house.
3. The $150.00 reservation deposit is not refundable unless the owners
obtain a replacement rental for the week you cancel. The remaining rental
fee will be refunded only if cancellation is made before 1 month prior
to check in date. If a replacement rental is obtained, all monies
will be refunded.
4. The $250.00 security deposit will be refunded within 14 days after
checkout, subject to the return of all keys and confirmation by the management
agent that here is no loss or damage to the house or its contents by the
rental occupants during the rental period.
5. The owners accept no responsibility for guests' personal property
or personal injury, however caused. All children are to be properly supervised
at all times.
6. Guests will not tamper with or disconnect any of the alarms that
lead to the pool area.
7. No pets and no smoking allowed.
8. The owners accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or
damage to renter's personal property or alteration of renter's plans caused
by events beyond the owners' control, including war or threat of war,
riot, civil disturbance, strikes, flight delays or cancellations, interruption
in services (gas, electricity, water), adverse weather conditions, theft
of personal property, or industrial disputes.
9. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond the owners' control
make it impossible for the owner to honor a reservation, we will refund
in full all monies paid, without interest or other compensation. As an alternative,
at the option of the renter and subject
to availability, our local agents would offer other comparable accomodations.
10. Guests are advised, but not required, to have appropriate travel insurance.
